Genius medical student Park Si On (Joo Won) is about to start his new job as a pediatric surgery resident, which he’s dreamed about since he was young. However, one thing sets him apart from his fellow residents: Si On is autistic, causing him to struggle with social interaction and emotional situations that many others would see as no big deal. While his photographic memory and keen spatial skills help him excel in the operating room, he’s often in conflict with patients and coworkers who don’t understand him. He manages to get closer to fellow resident Cha Yoon Seo (Moon Chae Won), who shows him kindness and empathy, and begins to fall in love with her. However, he’s not the only one who’s interested in her, making the workplace even more strained and competitive.

Kim Woo Hyun (So Ji Sub), the only son of a high-ranking police officer, breezed his way through the police academy and graduated with top honors. After being assigned to the cyber investigation department, Woo Hyun finds himself entangled in a hunt for a hacker named Hades. When Woo Hyun finally tracks Hades down to a physical location after suspicions that Hades was involved in a murder, he’s shocked to find that Hades is actually his old roommate from the police academy, Ki Young (also played by So Ji Sub), but Ki Young swears that he’s innocent. Woo Hyun and Hades face off in an abandoned factory – but an explosion leaves one of them dead, and the other assumes the identity of “Woo Hyun.” Alongside fellow detective Kang Mi (Lee Yeon Hee), “Woo Hyun” must discover the truth in order to ensure justice is appropriately served.
