Lee Jung Hyun is a celebrated South Korean singer and actress. Born on February 7, 1980, she made her acting debut in the 1996 film “A Petal,” for which she won Best New Actress awards at the 34th Grand Bell Awards, 17th Blue Dragon Film Awards, 16th Korean Association Association of Film Critics Awards and the Cine21 Awards in 1997. Lee Jung Hyun also found instant fame when she branched into singing, sweeping all the Best New Artist awards with her first single “Come” in 1999. She is widely known as “The Techno Queen” and is credited for introducing techno music to Korea and throughout Asia. The accolades for both her music and acting have rolled in ever since. Some of her recent credits include the films “Split” (2016) and “The Battleship Island” (2017) and the television drama “Family Is Coming” (2015).
