Kang Byul is a South Korean actress. She was born in Seoul, South Korea on August 9, 1990 and made her acting debut in 2008. Since debut, she has appeared in various films and television dramas, including “Creating Destiny” (2009), “Rooftop Prince” (2012), and “Level Up” (2019).
