Kim Byung Se is a South Korean actor who was born on September 26, 1962, in Seoul, South Korea. He attended Seoul Osan High School and then moved to the United States to study at California State University Long Beach. He made his acting debut in the 1993 movie “Western Avenue,” following up the year after with his small-screen bow in the drama “Kareisky.” He has since gone on to appear in the dramas “Love on a Rooftop” (2015), “Thumping Spike” (2016), and “Radio Romance” (2018).
