Kim Yong Gun is a South Korean actor who was born on May 8, 1946. He studied medicine at a Yonsei University in Seoul but later turned his hand to acting. He made his movie debut in the 1969 film “Myeongdong Wanderer,” and went on to make his drama bow in the TV series “Twelve Months in a Year” (1971). He went on to star in scores of movie and drama titles throughout the 1970s, 1980s, 1990s, and into the 2000s. More recently, he has appeared in the drama series “Cinderella and Four Knights” (2016) and “Nice Witch” (2018).
