Kim Young Chul is an award-winning South Korean actor. He was born on February 25, 1953, in Daegu, South Korea, and made his acting debut in 1973. Since then, he has appeared in numerous films and television dramas, including “IRIS” (2009), “Beyond the Clouds” (2014), “My Father is Strange” (2017), and “Times” (2021).
