Nichkhun is a popular singer and actor working in South Korea who is best known as a member of the popular K-pop boy group 2PM. Nichkhun Buck Horvejkul was born on June 24, 1988, in Rancho Cucamonga, California, to a Thai father and a Chinese-American mother. He has had a global upbringing, moving with his family to Thailand at the age of 5, then going to study in New Zealand at the age of 12 before moving back to the United States to attend high school in Rancho Cucamonga. After graduating high school, Nichkhun was working as a coach for a high school badminton team when he was scouted by JYP Entertainment at the Los Angeles Korean Music Festival. After passing the audition process, Nichkhun was brought to South Korean as a trainee in 2006. During the grueling training process, which was documented in the reality show “MNET’s Hot Blood,” Nichkhun had to learn to sing and dance, learn Korean and Mandarin, and physically bulk up. After two years, Nichkhun debuted as a part of the boy group 2PM in 2008. In addition to his music activities, Nichkhun’s fame has grown since 2010 after hosting the talent competition “Superstar Survival” and starring in the Korean variety show “We Got Married” with pretend wife Victoria of f(x). The versatile star also has starred in many popular films, television dramas and variety shows in Thailand, China, Japan and Korea.

As a young woman with big dreams, the last thing Modem (Manasaporn Chanchalerm) wants to think about right now is love. However, with her birthday fast approaching, that seems to be the only thing her mother can talk about. As part of her birthday celebrations, Modern will be taking part in one of her family’s longest-held and most secret traditions; a tradition which will allow her to choose one of the seven magical teas, brewed by the family, to help her through the coming year. While Modem has ideas of which brew she’ll pick, her mother insists she take the tea guaranteed to bring her love.

Unable to go against her mother’s wishes, Modem takes the love tea but isn’t exactly sure how to use it; at least not until she realizes she can use it on her handsome boss (Nichkhun). Having harbored a crush on her boss for a while, Modem can’t think of a better use for the magical brew, but before she has a chance to give it to him, she accidentally spills it on the one man on earth she truly hates, Light (Phiravich Attachitsataporn). Fujioka Haruhi (Kawaguchi Haruna) is an intelligent female student who – one day – just wanted to study in peace at school. She found what she thought was a quiet and deserted room in the building, but unexpectedly finds that it is being used by the school’s secretive Host Club, a group of six super-handsome boys who entertain wealthy female clients, flirting with them and plying them with tea and tasty treats. Here, Haruhi accidentally breaks an expensive vase, and is told by the club that she must repay her debt. She does so by working with the club – dressing up as a male in the process. The club is also preparing to compete with other societies in a contest – with the winner allowed to use a prestigious salon for their meetings.

But she soon discovers that some of the club’s members, including the graceful Tamaki (Yamamoto Yusuke), have developed feelings for her. But when her own feelings toward Tamaki are revealed by a magical magazine, things get very awkward. And matters become even more complicated when Michelle (Shinoda Mariko), a seemingly spoiled girl from a wealthy family, sets her sights on winning Tamaki’s heart! With so many love rivals on the scene, can true love really win the day?

This movie was based on the hit manga series of the same name, which was written by Bisco Hatori and published between 2002 and 2010.
