Seo Hyun Chul is a South Korean actor. He was born on May 19, 1965 and made his acting debut in the theater before turning his attention to the small-screen in 2010. Since then, he has appeared in various films and numerous television dramas, including “Cinderella's Sister” (2010), “Good Doctor” (2013), “Wonderful Days” (2014), and “Woman of 9.9 Billion” (2019).
