T.O.P is the stage name of Choi Seung Hyun, a South Korean rapper, singer-songwriter, actor and producer. Born on November 4, 1987, he is best known for being a member of the boy band Big Bang, which debuted in 2006. T.O.P was given his stage name by fellow artist Se7en. T.O.P was the first Big Bang member to branch out into acting, and he has since starred in many music videos, films and television dramas, including “I Am Sam” (2007), “IRIS” (2009), “Tazza: The Hidden Card” (2014) and “Secret Message” (2015).
