Song Yong Tae is a South Korean actor. He was born on September 20, 1952, and made his acting debut in 1980. Since then, he has appeared in a wide variety of films and television dramas, including “Rough Cut” (2008).

Lee Gang Pae (So Ji Sub), a high-ranking member of a local crime ring known for his violent reputation, secretly dreams of becoming a film star.
