Lee Sun Gyun is a popular South Korean actor. Born on March 2, 1975, he began his career in musical theater and struggled in minor television roles for many years. After he acted in a one-act drama, he met TV director Lee Yoon Jung, who later cast him in her series “Coffee Prince” in 2007. The role helped him launch his career and gain mainstream popularity. He went on to star in many popular television dramas, including “Triple” (2009), “Pasta” (2010), “Golden Time” (2012), “Miss Korea” (2013) and “My Wife Is Having an Affair This Week” (2016). His leading role in the film “Paju” garnered him the Best Actor award at the 11th Las Palmas de Gran Canaria International Film Festival in Spain in 2010. Lee Sun Gyun married actress Jeon Hye Jin in 2009 and they have two sons.
