Cho Han Cheul is a South Korean actor. He was born on May 13, 1973 and made his debut in the entertainment world in 2000. Since then, he has appeared in numerous films and television dramas, including “Scandal” (2013), “My Beautiful Bride” (2015), and “Mother” (2018).
