Ki Su Jong (Ha Jung Woo) has always dreamed of becoming a landlord, eventually scraping together everything he had and taking out loans to buy a building to support his wife Kim Seon (Lim Soo Jung) and their daughter through passive income. However, his plan turns out to be a disaster, as the building becomes a money pit.
