Han Groo is the stage name of Min Han Geu Ru, a popular South Korean actress and singer. Born on May 29, 1992, she moved with her family to the United States when she was in fourth grade and she attended elementary school in Arizona and middle school in California. After four years in the United States, Han Groo’s family moved again to China, where they lived for four years before returning to Korea. As a result of living overseas, Han Groo is fluent in English and Mandarin. She began her career as a singer in 2011 with the release of the EP “GROO ONE” and the single “My Boy.” That same year, she made her acting debut in television series “Killer Girl K.” She has since starred in many popular television dramas, including “Just Like Today” (2011), “Scandal: A Shocking and Wrongful Incident” (2013), “A Word From Warm Heart” (2013) and “Marriage, Not Dating” (2014).
