Kurt Chou is a Taiwanese actor and TV personality who was born on June 22, 1984, in Taipei, Taiwan. He debuted in 2001, when he appeared on the variety show “I Guess.” He has since appeared in the hit drama series titles “Mysterious Incredible Terminator ” (2007), “Black & White” in 2009, and “The Masked Lover” (2017).

Chen Zai Tian (Vic Zhou) is a womanizing layabout of a police officer.
