Vince Kao, also known as Kao Ying Hsuan or Gao Ying Xuan, is a Taiwanese actor. He was born on November 24, 1978 and made his acting debut in 2003. Since then, he has appeared in a number of films and television dramas, including “Inborn Pair” (2011), “Fall in Love With Me” (2014), “Murphy’s Law of Love” (2015), and “Wacko At Law” (2020).
