Kang Moo Yeol (Sung Hoon) tragically lost his first love, Han Yoo Rim (Seohyun), a decade ago. Despite being poor but smart, Seo Yeong's family is happy until her father, Sam Jae, is laid off from work. Everything seems to fall apart.
