Four years after leaving her old job, Kim Yumi (Kim Go Eun) has become a successful web novelist, achieving fame and financial independence, yet her "cells" representing joy, anger, and love have become dormant, leaving her feeling indifferent to life's highs and lows. However, the arrival of her new editor, Shin Soon Rok (Kim Jae Won), a seemingly cold and rational individual, seems to reawaken her feelings. Despite his introversion, Yumi finds herself unexpectedly drawn to him. At the same time, Kim Ju Ho (Choi Daniel), another writer with a bold, charming personality, decides to actively pursue Yumi, leaving her wondering if she should pursue this seemingly ideal match or continue to navigate her budding connection with Soon Rok.
