Liu Guan Cheng, also known as Liu Lei, is a Chinese actor. He was born in Beijing, China, on July 29, 1975, and made his acting debut in 1996. Since then, he has appeared in a wide variety of films and television dramas, including “Medical Examiner Dr. Qin: The Mind Reader” (2022).

After the mysterious death of his mother, forensic science grad student, Qin Ming (Zhang Yao), travels to his mother’s hometown to investigate.
