Chen Si Sheng is a Chinese actor, director, and screenwriter. He was born on February 22, 1978 in Shenyang, China and made his acting debut in 1999. In 2012, he made his directorial debut with the drama, “Beijing Love Story” (2012), a work which won him awards for “Best Directorial Debut” and “Best New Director” in 2014. In 2018, he made his screenwriting debut with the drama, “Great Expectations” (2018). An award winning actor, screenwriter, and director, his works have been well-received the world over.

Yang Lu Chan (Yuan Xiao Chao) is a wandering fighter with a unique curse: a horn on his forehead that transforms him into an unbeatable warrior, but each activation brings him closer to death. Seeking to protect himself, he arrives at a secluded village known for its powerful kung fu, which refuses to teach outsiders. The village elder's daughter Yu Niang (Angelababy) initially wants him gone, but everything changes when her former lover Fang Zi Jing (Eddie Peng) arrives with a steam-powered mechanical device, planning to build a railway through their community. Faced with this threat, the villagers decide to resist, and Yang Lu Chan offers to help defend their home. This is a 2012 Chinese martial arts film directed by Stephen Fung.
