Li Fei Er is a Chinese actress and singer. Born on October 3, 1987, she also is known as Xiao Li Fei, Li Fei and Monica Li. Li Fei Er made her acting debut in the 2006 television drama “Kang Xi Mi Shi.” She has since starred in many films and television dramas, including “That Love Comes” (2010) and “Happy Noodle” (2013).
