Liu Xiao Qing is a Chinese actress who was born on October 30m 1955, in Chongqing, China. She began acting in the 1970s, appearing in movies such as “The Great Wall of the South China Sea” (1976). She became a household name when she starred as the Empress Dowager Ci Xi in the hit period film “The Burning of the Imperial Palace” (1983) and the follow-up “Reign Behind the Curtain” (1983). More recently, she has starred in movies such as “For a Few Bullets” (2016), “Air Strike” (2016), and “The Eight Hundred” (2018).
