Yao Yi Chen, or Ethan Yao, as he’s also known, is a Chinese actor. He was born on January 28, 1985 in Shanghai, China and made his acting debut in 2008. Since then, he has appeared in various films and numerous television dramas, including “Under the Power” (2019).
