Carlos Chan is an actor who was born on October 12, 1986, in Hong Kong. He is a former child star who began appearing in movies, dramas and commercial films while still a young child. He went on to attend the Ma On Shan Tsung Tsin Secondary School, graduating in 2004. He has continued to act and even produce in drama and film releases ever since, and in more recent years, he has appeared in the film “Legally Declared Dead” (2019) and the Hong Kong horror film “Binding Souls” (2018).
