Louis Fan, also known as Fan Siu Wong or Fan Shao Huang, is a Hong Kong actor. He was born in Hong Kong, on June 19, 1973, and made his acting debut in 1981. Since then, he has appeared in a wide variety of films and television dramas, including “Monkey King: Uproar in Dragon Palace” (2019).

In the drought-stricken mountain village of Huaguo, Sun Wu Kong (Louis Fan) and Chi Kao Ma (Du Yu Feng) embark on a perilous journey to find a weapon capable of protecting their water source from powerful monsters. Participating in the East Sea's Treasure Competition at the Dragon Palace, they uncover a sinister plot threatening the human world. With the help of the Little Dragon Princess (Zhu Li Lan), Wu Kong must confront the evil dragon Ao Luan (Shane Li) and find a legendary weapon that could save humanity. Inspired by Wu Cheng En's writings, this is a 2019 martial arts fantasy film directed by Chen Zhi Hong.
