Louis Koo, born Koo Tin Lok, is a Hong Kong actor and film producer. He was born on October 21, 1970 in Hong Kong and made his acting debut in 1991, taking on his first role in a television drama. In 1994, he took on his first film role, a step which eventually led to him being dubbed one of the “stalwarts of the Hong Kong film industry”. The recipient of multiple acting awards, he stepped into the role of producer in 2013 when he founded “One Cool Film Production Limited”, a film production company with an ever-growing list of titles to its name. Since his debut as an actor, he has appeared in numerous films and television dramas, including “Burning Flame I” (1998), “A Step Into The Past” (2001), and “The White Storm 2: Drug Lords” (2019).
