Stephen Chow is a Hong Kong-born actor, director, and politician who was born on June 22, 1962. He attended San Marino Secondary School and debuted as a TV actor in the early 1980s. He made his movie debut in the film “Final Justice” in 1988, a role that saw him scoop the Best Supporting Actor prize at the Golden Horse Awards later the same year. He has appeared in a number of hit films, including the comedy martial arts title Shaolin Soccer (2001), a movie he also directed. More recently, he has directed the movie “Kung Fu Hustle 2” (2020).

Sing Sing (Stephen Chow) is a star member of an elite special police forces unit.

However, he has something of an attitude problem. When one day he quips to his boss that he ought to be reassigned to traffic control duties, she decides to do just that, demoting him to the rank of constable in the process.

Directing traffic proves to be as unrewarding as he feared it might be, so Sing Sing decides to try to restore his credit with his former unit. His plan involves quitting the force so he can go undercover at a school to help take down an arms smuggling ring.

Once back at school, he is reunited with old friends and foes, including the beautiful school counselor Miss Ho (Sharla Cheung) and the blunder-prone detective Tso Tat Wah (Richard Ng), who has also been assigned to the case.
