Jin Shi Jia is a Chinese actor who was born in Shanghai, China on November 10, 1986. He attended the Shanghai Theatre Academy, and was a promising swimmer in his younger years, placing second in the final of the 100m Freestyle at the Chinese National Youth Championships in 2003. He made his acting debut in 2009, appearing in the first season of sitcom “iPartment.” He went on to appear in a further three seasons of “iPartment,” and also starred in the TV adaptation of the novel “Tiny Times” (2014). In 2015, he made his big screen debut, appearing in “A Fool.” Later the same year, he followed up with two more movies – “Les Aventures d’Anthony” and “Fall in Love Like a Star.” More recently, he has appeared in the movie “Midnight Diner” (2019) and TV series “Tientsin Mystic 2” (2019).
