Kim Jong Min is a South Korean singer who has been given the nicknames “Goofy” and “Pure” on his many variety show appearances. Born on September 24, 1979, he is best known for being the lead singer of Koyote, a dance and hip-hop group. Prior to joining Koyote in 2000, Kim Jong Min worked as a background dancer for singer Uhm Jung Hwa and other artists. In addition to his music career, Kim Jong Min has been a popular regular on Korean variety shows. He currently is a cast member of the popular shows “2 Days & 1 Night” and “Star King” and the MC of “Three Idiots / Three Fools.”
