Kim Byung Chul is a South Korean character actor. After making his acting debut in the 2003 film “Once Upon a Time in a Battlefield,” he has worked mainly as a supporting actor in films. He branched into television with “Descendants of the Sun” (2016), Viki’s first original series “Dramaworld” (2016), and “Shopping King Louie” (2016).
