Ravi, born Kim Won Sik, is a South Korean rapper, singer, songwriter and record producer. He was born on February 15, 1993 and made his debut in the entertainment world in 2012 when he participated in the Mnet survival reality show, MyDOL. One of the six finishing contestants of the program, he debuted as a member of Jellyfish Entertainment’s first idol group, VIXX, that same year. An active member of both VIXX, and the group’s first sub-unit, VIXX LR, he has played a part in writing and producing over 46 of the group’s songs, and in 2016, he released his first solo mixtape. In 2016, he made his official debut as a solo artist and in 2019, he revealed the name of his own hip-hop label. Along with his music career, he has participated in various reality programs over the years, including “Idol King of Cooking” (2016), “Asia, Where VIXX Loves” (2017), and “The Real Men 300” (2019).
