High school student In Young (Lee Re) is a talented dancer, dedicated to her craft despite her young age. However, after losing her mother in a car accident, In Young is suddenly faced with new, adult responsibilities – like paying rent. Threatened with eviction, In Young seeks refuge in the dance studio she practices at. When Seol Ah (Jin Seo Yeon), the director of the dance troupe, discovers In Young's living situation, she reluctantly takes In Young in. Throughout it all, they must prepare for the dance company's 60th anniversary celebration, dealing with interpersonal disputes within the dance group and external pressure, but gradually learn to connect with each other on a deeper level.

After renowned heart specialist Cha Seung Do's (Park Shin Yang) daughter Cha So Mi (Lee Re) begins exhibiting strange and terrifying symptoms after a heart transplant, he and his wife fear that something has gone horribly wrong. Desperate to save her, they turn to Priest Bahn Hae Sin (Lee Min Ki), who believes So Mi is possessed by a demon and performs an exorcism, but So Mi tragically dies during the ritual. Devastated and in denial, Seung Do refuses to accept her death, convinced that her heart is still beating. Over the three days of So Mi's funeral, Seung Do and Priest Bahn clash over the reality of the situation – but supernatural forces beyond their control lurk just below the surface.
