Zhong Dan Ni is a Chinese actress. Born on September 11, 1989, she made her acting debut in the 2016 television drama “Precious Youth.” She has since appeared in a number of popular dramas, including “A Splendid Life in Beijing” (2017) and “Cinderella Chef” (2018).

Ye Jia Yao (Zhong Dan Ni), a modern-day chef, unexpectedly time-travels to ancient times after encountering a dejected young scientist with a time machine. Transported into the body of Lady Ye, who was kidnapped by bandits of the Black Wind Fortress, she meets Xia Chun Yu (Bie Thassapak Hsu), an undercover agent investigating a plot to overthrow the king. Led by the powerful Bai Chong Ye (Zhao Jian), the bandits create a complex backdrop for Jia Yao's survival.
