Ahn Dae Sung (Lee Kwang Soo), a persistent civil service exam candidate with an excellent memory, works part-time at his mother Myung Sook's (Jin Hee Kyung) convenience store. When a nearby murder occurs, his girlfriend Ah Hee (Seolhyun), a police officer, discovers a receipt from Myung Sook's store at the crime scene. Drawn into the investigation, Dae Sung, Ah Hee, and Myung Sook become an unlikely team determined to solve the case, despite being amateur sleuths with no professional detective experience. As they dig deeper, they must find a way to uncover the truth and catch the killer before the professional investigators can.
