Son Dongwoon, known also as simply Dongwoon, is a South Korean singer, songwriter, and actor. Born in Busan, South Korea, on June 6, 1991, he made his debut in the entertainment industry in 2009, as a member of the K-Pop boy band Highlight, formerly known as Beast. In 2010, he launched his career as a solo artist with the release of his first digital single, “Udon”. In 2012, he made his debut as an actor, taking the role of Frank Abagnale Jr. in the theatrical production of “Catch Me if You Can”. Since his debut, he has released a number of albums, as both a member of Highlight and as a solo artist. He has also appeared in a variety of theatrical productions and television variety shows, including “Celebrity Bromance” (2017).

What would happen if international stars from South Korea, Thailand, Vietnam, and Indonesia all got together to travel around South Korea? Viewers are about to find out! Yoon Bomi and Kim Nam Joo, two of the members of the chart-topping K-pop group Apink, are joined by the Vietnamese actress Jun Vu, the Korean-American singer Sam Kim, Afgansyah Reza (aka Afgan), one of the most famous pop singers in Indonesia, and Jaylerr, a top-billing Thai actor and model – and two other K-pop stars: Highlight’s Son Dongwoon and UP10TION’s Lee Jin Hyuk.

The stars are assigned “trip mates,” people who, for the most part, they’ve never met before. And with their brand-new traveling companions, these groups are sent out to travel around some of the most scenic parts of South Korea. They will explore the sub-tropical island of Jeju, famous for its volcanic rock and sandy shores. They will also explore the natural beauty of the county of Namhae, on the south coast. Some travelers will also discover Yangyang, Gangwon Province, on the eastern coast of the South Korean mainland. They know little about their “trip mates” – and there will be language barriers to navigate. But will these celebrity explorers succeed in forging new friendships along the way?

Once a member of the National Judo Team, On Ma Eum’s (Kim Se Jeong) entire life revolved around the sport. But when a tough match leaves her with a torn ankle ligament, she’s forced to watch as all of her dreams of continuing in the sport crumble around her. With her career as a professional judoka now entirely over, Ma Eum must find a way to pick herself up and move on.

Without any sort of dream to drive her, Ma Eum isn’t really sure what to do next. Beyond that, the work she’s been assigned just isn’t what she’s used to. Struggling to adapt to her new life, Ma Eum wonders if she’ll ever find a way to be happy again.

Fortunately, with the passing of time and a little help from her co-workers, Goo Jun Yeong (Nam Yoon Su) and Seok Jin Hyung (Daniel Choi), Ma Eum begins to find herself slowly settling into her new life. As the struggles in her life begin to dissipate, Ma Eum finds herself reaching for a new dream. The only question is, will she have the strength she needs to turn that dream into a reality?
