Soon Deok (Cheetah), an aspiring singer performing in Itaewon under the stage name Blue, receives an unexpected visit from her estranged mother (Jo Min Soo). When her mother reveals that her sister Yoo Ri (Choi Ji Su) has disappeared with their family's money, they reluctantly team up to find her. Searching through Itaewon's streets, the mother-daughter pair navigate their complicated relationship while trying to track down Yoo Ri.
