Melody Tang is a Chinese actress who was born in Shanghai, China, on July 15, 1994. She began acting when still a very young child, appearing in the movie “Crash Landing” in 2000, and the drama “Peony Pavilion” in 2001. She went on to study at the Shanghai Theatre Academy and continued to appear in drama titles throughout the first decade of the 2000s – with a role in the series “Lost City Snow Home” (2005). She took a hiatus while she completed her studies, before returning with a role in the period drama “The Virtuous Queen of Han” (2014). Other hit dramas she has appeared in include “King Is Not Easy” (2017) and “The Night of the Comet” (2018).
