Gloria Tang Sze-wing, also known as Tang Tsz-kei or by her stage name, G.E.M., is a Hong Kong singer-songwriter and actress. She was born on August 16, 1991 and made her debut in the entertainment world in 2006 when she signed with Hummingbird Music, after winning a singing competition; but it wasn’t until 2008 that she released her first official solo album. In 2009 she made her debut as an actress and has since appeared in various films, television dramas, and variety programs, including “The Rap of China 2019”.

Hip hop artists from across the globe flock to China to compete in China’s biggest rap competition. Performing before a star-studded panel of the judge that include: Chinese-Canadian rapper, singer and actor, Kris Wu (“Sweet Sixteen”, “Never Gone”); Taiwanese-American singer, Wilber Pan; Hong Kong singer, G.E.M.; Taiwanese rock musician and actor, Chang Chen Yue; and Taiwanese rapper MC HotDog, each contestant will do their best to win the hearts of the judges and viewers alike. As the competition progresses, each contestant will be working closely with a group of fellow contestants as well as one of the judges, who will act as a producer who guides them through the competition. The competition will be fierce but only one can take home the prize.
