Chen Ruo Xuan is a Chinese actor. He was born on October 16, 1994 in Zibo, Shandong Province, China and made his debut in the entertainment world in 2013. Since his debut, he has appeared in various films and television dramas, including the 2019 addition to the “Novoland” saga, “Novoland: Eagle Flag”.
