Liu Xuan is a Taiwanese writer, radio host and DJ. He was born in Taipei, Taiwan on September 25, 1972 and has his first book published in 1991. Since then, he has gone on to author over a dozen other books. In addition to writing, he has hosted both radio shows and reality television shows, including “ Heart Signal 2” (2019).
