Yang Cai Qi, or Qi Qi, as she’s also known, is a Chinese dancer and actress. She was born on January 24, 1999 in Dali, Yunnan, China, and made her acting debut in 2014. Since then, she has appeared in a few films and television dramas, including “Legend of Nine Tails Fox” (2016).
