Yoo Teo is a South Korean actor and director. He was born on April 11, 1981 in Cologne, Germany and moved to Seoul, South Korea in 2009 after studying theater and film in both New York City and London. He made his acting debut in South Korea in 2004 and has appeared in various films and television since, including “The Cravings 2” (2016).

Detectives Myung Deuk (Jung Woo) and Dong Hyuk (Kim Dae Myeung) are struggling to make ends meet: Myung Deuk needs money for his sick daughter's hospital bills, while Dong Hyuk has racked up substantial gambling debts. They resort to taking bribes and engaging in petty corruption for extra cash, but unexpectedly stumble across a huge sum of untraceable funds in the process of being smuggled into Korea by a powerful Chinese gang.
