Liu Yi Chang is a Chinese actor. He was born on October 24, 1997 in Hulunbuir City, Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region and made his acting debut in 2016. Since then, he has appeared in a handful of films and television dramas, including “One and Another Him” (2018) and “I’ve Fallen For You” (2020).
