Cha Rae Hyung is a South Korean actor. He was born on June 16, 1984 and made his acting debut in 2007. Since then, he has appeared in numerous films and television dramas, including “Queen of Mystery” (2017), “Room No. 9” (2018), “Soul Driver” (2018), and “My Fellow Citizens!” (2019.

Kang Do Chang (Son Hyun Joo) and Oh Ji Hyeok ( Jang Seung Jo) are detectives in the South Korean port city of Incheon. But they are polar opposites: While the former is a grizzled veteran of almost two decades who uses his experience and personal connections to crack cases, Oh Ji Hyeok is his foil. Instead, he is cool, calculating, and prefers to delve into criminals’ minds to look for clues. The duo has formed an unlikely partnership, but they will need to pool all of their skills if they are to crack their toughest case yet.

Kang Do Chang (Son Hyun Joo) and Oh Ji Hyeok (Jang Seung Jo) both work as detectives in the busy South Korean city of Incheon, on the west coast. They could not be any more different: Kang Do Chang has been working in the force for some 18 years. He has powerful hunches and a network of contacts that helps him solve crimes.
