Meng Yue Chen is an up-and-coming Chinese actor who was born on May 23, 1997, in Yunnan Province, China. He debuted as an actor in the 2018 movie title “River Knows Fish Heart,” and made his drama bow in the 2020 drama series “Capture Lover.”
