Hao Ze Jia is a Chinese actress who was born on April 2, 1993, in Hegang, Heilongjiang Province, China. She graduated from the Central Academy of Drama and made her acting debut in the 2009 film “Fortune King Is Coming to Town.” She followed up in 2010 with her small-screen bow in the period drama series “Princess Dumping World.” She has since appeared in hit drama titles including “The Screen Foxes” (2016), 2018’s “Siege in Fog, and “Psychic Princess: Season 1” (2019) – as well as the follow-up “Psychic Princess: Season 2” (2020).

Once the guardian of all demons, Chun Yao (Fiction Guo) was banished from the heavens after making a grave mistake. Sent to live in the Hundred Spirits Lake, Chun Yao accepted his fate and wasted no time in settling into his new life. After splitting up with her boyfriend, down-on-her-luck painter Zheng Xue Jing (Liu Xin Qi) goes out drinking and accidentally joins a contest involving a precious silk screen.

A magician intervenes, granting the painter a moment of clarity amid her drunken stupor to take a paintbrush and draw three male foxes on the screen. But the foxes come to life, bursting out of the screen and taking human form.

The next day, Zheng Xue Jing emerges from sleep, believing it all to have been a dream. But instead, she finds that it was not a dream at all. All three foxes are still in human form – and believe Zheng Xue Jing to be their master, feeling indebted to her for freeing them from the screen.

She becomes sucked into their magic-filled world and soon discovers they all have very different personalities. The red fox (Luo Yun Xi) is dashing and clever, but also arrogant and somewhat distant.
