Choi Byung Chan is a South Korean singer and actor who was born in Jeonju, Soth Korea, on November 12, 1997. He made his debut as part of the K-pop boyband VICTON in 2016, releasing the extended play “Voice to New World” on November 9. He has also turned his hand to acting and starred in the drama series “Live On” (2020).
