Xiao Shen Yang, born Shen He and also known as Yang Zai, is a Chinese actor and director. He was born in Tieling, Liaoning, China, on May 7, 1981 and made his acting debut in the theater in the early 2000s. In 2006, he made his first appearance in a television drama and made his film debut in 2009. Since then, he has appeared in a number of films and television dramas, including “Really!!!” (2018).

A thick and seemingly endless mist has descended on a major Chinese city, spreading misery and despair among the residents who dream of gusts of cold wind that will finally break the clouds and grant them respite. Unbeknown to the mortals below, the mist is actually the work of a mischievous weather deity who has battled back other gods to ensure the mist stays in place.

This misery has been something of a boon for Ma Le (Yang Xiao), a psychologist with unconventional methods who (mostly unsuccessfully) tries to heal patients of their depression – charging hefty fees for his services. When the warring deities’ battle results in a powerful force landing on the city and embodying Ma Le, the psychologist sudenly finds himself in possession of phenomenal superhuman powers. The gods, fearing total environmental collapse for the city, come to Earth to lend their aid – but soon discover that they will need help and that only Ma Le holds the key to the city’s salvation!

With no goals, dreams, or ambition in life, Xia Zhi (Xiao Shen Yang) is a man creeping dangerously close to middle-age, who has absolutely nothing worthwhile to show for his life. Good at only two things, drinking and bragging, Xia Zhi has spent his entire life spinning tall-tales, which no one believes. With no job and no obligations, he spends his days loafing around the restaurant run by his girlfriend, Xiao Xue (Ivy Chen), telling stories everyone hears but no one believes.&nbsp;

As harmless as Xia Zhi’s boasting may seem, things take an unexpected turn when members of a criminal organization happen to overhear one of his wild tales. Believing his tale of a kidnapping to be related to their own nefarious activity, the crime lord, Hu Qing Mu (Andrew Lin), orders his men to silence Xia Zhi before he causes them any more trouble. With a bounty on his&nbsp;head, Xia Zhi finds himself running for his life; but every time he tries to ask the police for&nbsp;help, no one will believe him.

Having cried wolf one too many times, Xia Zhi must now find a way to outsmart the bounty hunters long enough to prove his story is true. But will he find the evidence he needs before it’s too late?
