Kim Seung Hyun is a South Korean actor and model who was born on March 18, 1981. He studied at Kyunggi University and made his modeling debut in a 1997 photoshoot for the magazine “Lets.” He made his drama series debut in “A Letter Written on a Cloudy Day” (1998) and has since gone on to appear in dramas such as “Kiss and the City” (2010) and the more recent “Phoenix 2020” (2020).
