Tsai Jui Hsueh, also known as Snowbaby or Cai Rui Xue, is a Taiwanese actress. She was born in Taipei, Taiwan, on October 2, 1996 and made her acting debut in 2019. Since then, she has appeared in a handful of films and television dramas, including “Lost Romance” (2020) and “Fly the Jumper” (2020).
